The Website Rebuild · For established service businesses

Your work got better. Your website didn't.

For trades, studios, clinics and service businesses that already have customers and have outgrown how they look online. We reposition the offer, rewrite the copy and rebuild the site around how your best customers actually buy.

Is this for you

Built for one kind of business, on purpose.

A narrow offer is how we keep it fixed-price. If you're not a fit, we'll say so and point you somewhere better.

A good fit if

  • You're already trading and customers come from referrals, search or ads
  • Your work is better than your website makes it look
  • Visitors land on your site and don't get in touch
  • You've changed what you sell or who you sell to, and the site still describes the old version
  • You want one team to handle it, not five suppliers

Probably not a fit if

  • You haven't launched yet. Look at the Launch Build instead
  • You need a large online store. That's our Ecommerce Build
  • You want a guaranteed number of leads. Nobody honest can promise that
  • You need a one-page site this week for a few hundred dollars

Sound like your business?

What's included

Three jobs, done in order.

Most website projects start with design. Ours start with what you sell and who buys it, because that's usually where the enquiries are being lost.

01 · Reposition

Get the offer right

  • Audit of your current site, enquiries and competitors
  • Who your best customers are and why they choose you
  • A clear headline offer and the proof behind it
  • Positioning agreed in writing before design starts
02 · Rewrite

Say it plainly

  • All website copy written for you
  • Service pages built around real jobs
  • Every claim checked against what you can prove
  • A simple enquiry flow that asks the right questions
03 · Rebuild

Build and launch

  • Custom design using your brand, or tidied up if it needs it
  • Fast, mobile-first site, live on your domain
  • Search basics, analytics and enquiry tracking set up
  • Handover walkthrough and everything in your name
Quoted separately

New logo or full brand identity (Brand Foundation), photography or video shoots, ad management, online stores, and ongoing updates after handover. We'll tell you up front if your project needs any of these.

Founding clients

Three places at a founding rate.

BINA is a new studio. In return for a founding rate, we ask to show your project as a case study once it's live.

  • RateA founding rate, discussed on the call
  • Places3
  • In returnCase study rights and an honest review
  • ScopeSame as any full-price project

Want one of the three places?

Mention it in your brief and we'll talk it through on the call.

Questions

About the rebuild.

Why not just use a template?
A template gives you a new look. The rebuild changes what the site says and who it says it to: the positioning, the copy and the enquiry flow. That's usually what's costing you customers, and it's the part a template can't do.
Do I need to write anything?
No. We write all the copy. You give us an hour on a call and answer our questions honestly, and we'll ask for photos of real jobs if you have them.
Can you keep my current logo?
Yes. Most rebuilds keep the existing logo and tidy how it's used. If the brand itself needs work, we'll quote the Brand Foundation separately so you can decide.
What happens after launch?
You own the site outright. If you want ongoing help with ads and creative, the Growth Retainer covers it. If not, you're free to run it yourself.
How do payments work?
50% to start and 50% at launch, on a fixed quote.
